Exercise galore!

With my slight tendencies towards ADHD I need a lot of exercise to keep me happy and content. Today I got more than my fair share of that.. Got to work for 10am, did my meetings and all other things i had lined up before heading to my Yogalates class. Enjoyed 45 minutes of core strengthening and arm exercises before heading back home and out for a 30min run around Finsbury Park. Absolutely fantastic feeling!

I also ate fairly well all day yesterday. Had a yoghurt to start the day with, followed by a protein bar on the way in to work. My lunch consisted of some carrot sticks with a dip based on low fat creme fraiche, along a bowl of chicken mulligatawny soup.

I only had one cup of green tea at work though, which is not really as much as I have usually, and I am lacking in drinking enough water. So that needs to be corrected.

My post run dinner consisted of an omelette with spinach accompanied by a mixed salad, delicious! Had some berries and a yogurt for dessert as well to round off the meal and went to bed feeling content, but not overly full. Excellent!
